Who we are
MAD4SPORTS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 14342508. Registered office: 185 Friern Barnet Lane, London N20 0NN.
You can reach us at admin@mad4sports.co.uk or on 07763 746 886.
Classes: fees and notice
Fees are payable termly in advance, or from the date you join if you're joining part way through a term. Where you've attended a trial class, that class is included in the fees you're invoiced for.
We automatically enrol your child into the same class for the following term within the academic year, which runs from September to July. At the start of each new academic year, everyone needs to enrol again. If you'd like to move class or stop attending, just let us know in advance.
An invoice for the next term's fees is sent automatically through our booking system, Class4Kids. You can pay by card, or by bank transfer using the details on your invoice to avoid the platform fee.
Please make sure fees are paid before the beginning of term. Any fees not paid by the third week of term will incur a 15% late payment surcharge.
We ask for a term's notice if you'd like to stop attending.
Once fees are paid we don't offer refunds, although we will always consider individual circumstances. There's no reduction in fees for non-attendance, whatever the reason, but you're very welcome to come along to a make-up class instead.
Classes: what to expect
We'll give you class dates in advance, including any public holidays when classes won't run.
We ask children to bring a healthy snack and a bottle of water.
We're strictly nut-free, so please don't send anything containing nuts, Nutella or sesame.
Holiday camps
Camps are booked through Class4Kids and run Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm, with early drop off and late pick up available if booked.
Our booking system can't apply discounts automatically, so checkout will show the standard rate. Book your place, hold off paying, and email us. We'll apply your early bird, full week or sibling discount and send you an amended invoice.
If you need to cancel a day, we'll move it to another date subject to availability, or give you a credit to use at the next camp.
Children need to be toilet trained and able to manage their own clothing, such as buttons and zips, as parents don't stay at camp.
Children need to bring a packed lunch and a separate healthy snack. Camp is strictly nut-free, which includes peanut butter, Nutella and sesame.
Birthday parties
We ask for the full amount to secure your date. There's no deposit, and once it's paid the date is yours.
We currently cover North London. If you're further out, get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can help and whether any travel cost applies.
You book the venue directly. It needs to be at least the size of a badminton court, roughly 20ft by 44ft. We're not responsible for the venue, its availability or its suitability.
Numbers: up to 15 if most are 3 years old, up to 24 if most are 4, up to 30 if most are 5 or older. Above that we'll add an additional helper, charged as shown on our parties page.
You provide the food, drink and cake. We bring all the equipment.
If you need to cancel or move your party, please tell us as soon as you can. We'll always try to move you to another date, and we'll be fair with you on refunds depending on how much notice we've had and whether we can fill the slot. Talk to us and we'll sort something out.
Safety and supervision
Every effort is made to avoid injury during our sessions, and we're satisfied with the safety arrangements in place at the venues we use. Mad4Sports can't be held liable should an injury occur during a session.
Our coaches will administer appropriate first aid where needed.
We can't be responsible for children before or after their session times. Parents, guardians and carers should drop off and collect children from inside the premises where the session is held.
If someone other than the named parent or carer is collecting a child, please tell us in advance by texting Madz on 07763 746 886 or emailing admin@mad4sports.co.uk, with the full name and contact number of the person collecting and a photo if possible. We won't release a child to anyone not on the authorised collection list without prior notice.
Please collect on time. Our sessions often run back to back and a late pick up affects the next group.
Behaviour
We ask all children to treat each other, our staff and the venue with kindness and respect.
Behaviour that is unsafe, distressing, physically aggressive or repeatedly disruptive can't be tolerated. Where concerns arise, children are given appropriate warnings and support. If necessary we'll contact you, and in serious or repeated cases a child may be removed from the class to protect the safety and wellbeing of others.
Photography and video
From time to time we take photos or video of children during Mad4Sports sessions, with parental consent.
These may be used on our website, our Facebook pages, or in advertising. We never include personal information about any individual child.
Video may also be used for coach training and appraisal.
If you'd like a photo of your child removed, email admin@mad4sports.co.uk and we'll take it down.
Your data
How we handle your information, and your child's, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
